This historic renovation in Pittsburgh’s Cultural Trust District brought back to life a 90 year old structure that sat dormant for decades and required complete systems replacement as well as exterior restoration. The first floor became home to a jazz club, the roof had two existing penthouses, and the floors in between were gifted to Pittsburgh Public Schools along with the adjacent corner lot to be the future home of Pittsburgh Creative and Performing Arts High School.
