IN 2010 the City of Pittsburgh was required to undergo a property assessment of over 400 city owned properties. The services provided included the physical condition of the facility, The goal was not only to schedule out required maintenance, but to provide a strategic roadmap for consolidating departments and personnel to realize efficiencies, and identify specific properties that could be sold to the private sector and catalyze neighborhood revitalization and development.
