Served as a private foundation’s agent and representative for the grant of a 35,000 sf parcel of land in the Cultural Trust District in the City of Pittsburgh. The land grant was a gift to Pittsburgh Public Schools for the creation of their Creative and Performing Arts magnet high school. Served as the chief negotiator on behalf of the foundation establishing physical parameters, advise on aesthetics, and coordinate development with adjacent properties and concurrent projects.
