The structure is an original vaudeville theater built in 1929. After going through a number of uses, it was left in disrepair until this recent renovation, completed in 2012. It has standing room on the first floor, then fixed balcony seating above within three floors of patron services. Provided services included Owner’s Representation and Design Architect.
