The initial development began at the start of the Lawrenceville Neighborhood meteoric revival in the 2000’s and now includes a 585 capacity live music venue, apartments and retail storefronts. After initial success, adjacent properties were purchased and a second expansion was completed just prior to descent of COVID. Upon reemergence, this venue is loved by audiences and performers.
