CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT

- Onsite personnel as the project requires.
- Managing construction phase contracts for all contractors and design professionals.

PROJECT OVERSIGHT

Our ability to assess risk in potential developments and document the project’s adherence to the underlying agreements provides asset managers with necessary tools to confidently perform their fiduciary duties.

- Review of predevelopment submissions for level of completeness, including design consultant and contractor qualifications, construction documents, budget, schedule, entitlements, and construction management plan.
- Manage Client’s financial review of project costs; develop estimated draw schedule, conduct monthly site visits; review contractor applications for payment.
- Compose monthly reports that detail a real time assessment of project’s progress, budget and schedule.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
There are times when disagreements interpreting responsibilities arise and the contracting parties are unable to resolve them. The Lasky Group provides dispute resolution services through its Founder and President. Christopher Lasky is a member of The American Arbitration Association’s Construction Division Roster of Neutrals. He is certified to serve on an Arbitration panel, as a private mediator, or consult individual parties on a dispute. Lasky has also served on The American Institute of Architects Contract Document Committee since 2010, where he composes and edits the design and construction contracts which have been the industry’s gold standard for over 125 years.

ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Architectural Design services are provided on a limited basis for mostly established clients and dependent on available capacity.
Services Include:
- Conceptual and schematic site and building design in support of predevelopment evaluation and obtaining entitlements.
- Design Architect services establishing Owner’s Information and expectations to transfer to the Architect of Record for the completion of contract documents and construction administration.
- Complete Architectural Services.
- Masterbuilder. On rare occasions, The Lasky Group will contract as an Architect-led Design-Builder to provide single source high-design and construction services.
